License agreement

This License agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Tailraft ("Licensor," "we," or "us") for the use of design components, code, and other assets (collectively, the "Components") provided by Tailraft.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of the Components, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License grant

Upon purchasing or accessing the Components, Tailraft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Components in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Permitted use:

  • You may use the Components in unlimited personal or commercial projects.
  • You may modify the Components to fit your specific needs.
  • You may combine the Components with other works to create derivative works for your projects.

Prohibited use:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Components, either in their original form or modified, as part of any product or service.
  • You may not share the Components with others, including making them available on public or private repositories, forums, or websites.
  • You may not use the Components in any project that competes with Tailraft or offers similar UI/UX components or design assets.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Components, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Tailraft. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Tailraft reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Components and destroy any copies in your possession.

4. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Tailraft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Components, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Components are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Changes to this agreement

Tailraft reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Components after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
